Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CG. The Terms & Conditions on this page define the rules for property and ethical use of the CG website and our commercial cleaning services. Your continued use of our site or services confirms your understanding and consent to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

CG is a professional cleaning company providing services to commercial, office and industrial sites across Australia.

  • Price Quotes: A price estimate given to a client in response to their request for an on-call or on-site quotation. This is usually tailored to the client’s unique needs and property. CG reserves the right to amend the final quote based on the actual services delivered compared to the original quote.
  • Scope of Work: The cleaning quote or Service Agreement clearly mentions the specific tasks to be performed in a commercial cleaning service.

 

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: If you’re using our recurring services, we do our best to ensure cleaners arrive on time. However, some conditions, like traffic congestion, are beyond our control and may cause unexpected delays. We will notify you if this happens.
  • Cancellations by Client: If you need to cancel or reschedule an already confirmed appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to process your request. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation charge will be deducted from your deposit.
  • Access to Premises: Our cleaners need full, uninterrupted access to your premises to ensure efficient cleaning and on-time completion. Any delays due to your failure to provide timely access will result in an additional (wait) fee.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: For one-off services, the final invoice is provided upon completion. For recurring contracts, a bill is sent at predefined regular intervals.
  • Due Date: The client is responsible for ensuring full payment is completed by the due date mentioned on the invoice.
  • Late Payments: interest will be charged on any amount pending after the Due Date. Delay in payments may also lead to a temporary suspension of services until the dues are paid in full.
  • Pricing: All cleaning service prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to GST.

 

4. Client Obligations

When requesting a quote or signing a contract with CG, a client is obliged to:

  • Inform us about any specific conditions, risks, delicate assets or surfaces that need extra attention and any access limitations.
  • Provide the team with access to running water and electricity for cleaning.
  • Ensure the working conditions are safe and in compliance with Safe Work Australia guidelines.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims

We are committed to delivering excellent cleaning results every time, backed by a satisfaction promise.

  • Feedback: After every service, we provide detailed reporting and take client feedback. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, we will provide a satisfactory resolution within 24 hours.
  • Rectification: If required, our team will visit to re-clean your place or a specific area at no charge.
  • Damage Claims: If our cleaning team accidentally damages any item or asset during cleaning, please report the same within 24 hours. Our insurance will compensate for any valid claims.

 

6. Use of Our Website

  • Intellectual Property: The CG website, domain, content, text and media are the property of CG and protected by Australian copyright laws.
  • Prohibited Use: The use of this website or its content for any commercial or fraudulent purposes is deemed illegal by the law.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

CG is not responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential damages from the use of the information on our website, blog or from our services. Our total liability in any legal case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for a particular service.

 

8. Termination

CG, as well as the Client, reserves the right to terminate a cleaning contract at any time by providing written advance notice according to the Service Agreement. We may be forced to discontinue services immediately if the environment is deemed unsafe for our staff or if you repeatedly fail to clear dues.

 

9. Governing Law

All Terms and Conditions on this page are governed by and written in compliance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in NSW.
